Generally
The company “Transformer Service” produces oil-immersed three-phase distribution transformers with power ratings from 10 to 1600 kVA.
The transformers are manufactured in accordance with GOST 11677-85 “Power transformers. General Specifications”, GOST 27050-86 “Power transformers size I-III (capacities from 5 to 6300 kVA inclusive, voltage up to 35 kV” technical specification TUU31 .1-31617591-001: 2005 “Oil transformers with power ratings from 10 to 1600 kVA with voltage up to 15 kV.”
Working conditions:
— Installation of the transformer is 1000 m. above sea level.
— Air temperature from minus 45°С till plus 40°С
Brief description of oil immersed transformers:
Distributions transformers are produced with nominal tension in primary winding 6; 10, 15,75; 21 kV.
Nominal tension in secondary winding is 0,4 or 0,23 kV.
Scheme and connection group of windings Yyn-0, Dyn-11, Yzn-11.
On the customer demand it is possible to make transformers with different connection of the tensions and other construction solution. (TM, TMG, TMZ, TMF, TME TMB).
Regulating the tension is made as a result of moving the tap changer, by the transformer detached from the net both high (HV) and low (LV) tensions.
The tension is being regulated on the side of HV for ±2×2,5% value from nominal value.
Bushings of HV and LV are removable and made from porcelain. At great current 1000 A and more on the LV, contact flags are screwed on the stem to provide proper connecting the cable box.
The expandability of oil assures appropriate works of the transformer at different weather conditions and fluctuations of the temperature. The dehumidifier is installed to provide dry air in transformer.
For measuring the temperature of upper layers of oil on the tank is installed thermometer. Transformers with power rating from 400 to 1600 kVA are occupied with wells to install in base.
