The company “Transformer Service” produces oil single-phase transformers OMŻ, OMŻG with capacities from 1.25 up to 10 kVA and three-phase TMŻ, TMŻG with capacities from 25 up to 1000 kVA with a high voltage up to 27.5 kV for electrical supply of rail traction.
The main recipients of this type transformers are railway company engaged in the construction, reconstruction and renovation of the railway traction.
Oil railway transformers are manufactured in accordance with GOST 11677-85 “Power transformers. General technical requirements.” Specifications TUU31.1-31617591-002: 2010 “Oil single-phase transformers OMŻ, OMŻG with capacities from 1.25 to 10 kVA and three-phase TMŻ, TMŻG with capacities from 25 to 1000 kVA for high voltage 27.5 kV”
Working conditions:
– Installation height above sea level – up to 1000 m;
– The environment temperature from -25°C to + 40°C.
Brief description of rail transformers
Rail transformers are manufactured for rated voltage of the primary windings 27.5 kV.
Rated voltage of the secondary windings is 0.4 (three-phase) or 0.23 kV (single-phase).
Scheme and connection group of windings Yyn-0 (three-phase) or 1 / 1-0 (single-phase).
On request, we can manufacture transformers with other voltages and different constructions (TMŻ, TMŻG, OMŻ, OMŻG etc.).
Outdoor HV an LV insulators are made of porcelain and removable. For currents higher than 1000 A on the stems are screwed flags which provide proper connections to the bar or the cable cap.
To control the temperature in the upper layer of oil in the transformer tank the thermometer is mounted. Transformers with capacities ratings from 400 to 1000 kVA are equipped with wheels.
