What is power transformer?

• is an most important and compulsory element of power systems;
• every using the electric energy in the life or the production is providing transforming it, of what will not let be formed without the power transformer;
• the established power ratio of power transformers in Russia is abpove 5-6 time summary generator power;
• the park of transformers in Ukraine is quickly becoming outdated and it requires the exchange.

Thanks to well designed transformers in years 70’s and 80’s in the USSR they have a lot of virtues which lets exploit them up till today far longer than predict norms; however one should be remembered it is not possible to operate oil-immersed transformers at infinitum.
