Brief description of dry transformers with epoxy insulation

Dry transformers are fire resistant and highly stable when short circuits. They are easy in use and environmental friendly. Indicators of resistance when overheating – F (155 C).  Grade of resistance IP – 00 (without safety covering) IP – 21 and IP – 23 C (with covering). Low voltage winding is made from aluminum or copper foil, high voltage winding – from aluminum or copper cable. Draw shows how to connect tensions, the scheme and the group of connections, arranging introductions HV (High Voltage) and LV (Low Voltage) as well as type of introductions (metal track or cable) depending on client’s request. Package is supplied with temperature sensor and transmitter which first gives warning signal, next gives second signal and turns off transformer after overheating winding and insulation according to norm (145 C – warning signal, 165 C - second signal and shut down).
